ii) You will get access to Rudi Rebstein’s Reading List which is currently over 900 books strong on Psychology, Personal Development, Leadership Development Kinesics, Health and Vitality, and Business Mastery. In the 30 days, you will study at least two books out of the first ten you can pick from.
iii) You will be on an Aerobic Exercise plan – morning and evenings – which will have your cardio-vascular system functioning much better within 30 days.
iv) You will also receive an early morning program which is Rudi’s Priming exercise, also called the Three-Step Program, dealing with proper breathing, gratuity, and energy flow.
